DNFM is a stimulant pre-workout powder formulated for experienced adult users. Each 8g scoop provides 200mg caffeine together with L-citrulline, beta-alanine, taurine, juniper berry, Kigelia africana and Juglans regia.

Original flavours: mix 1 scoop (8g) with 250–300ml water and consume before training.

Strawberry Bubblegum: mix 1 scoop (8g) with 200–400ml water and consume before training.

Start with 1 scoop to assess tolerance. Experienced users may increase gradually to 1.5 scoops and then a maximum of 2 scoops (16g). One scoop contains 200mg caffeine; two scoops contain 400mg. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake and avoid taking after 5pm.

Strawberry Bubblegum: L-citrulline, beta-alanine, flavouring, taurine, acidity regulator (malic acid), caffeine anhydrous, juniper berry extract, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), Juglans regia extract, Kigelia africana extract, sweetener (sucralose) and colouring (E122).
