1800g is roughly 72 servings and the cheapest way Scitec sell this protein per shake. It is also two to three months of drinking the same thing, which is why we would steer you to the 700g tub first if you have not had it before.
If you already know you get on with it, this is the one to buy and there is no reason to pay more per serving for the smaller tub.
Isolate rather than concentrate
Extra filtration removes most of the fat and lactose that standard whey concentrate carries. Two practical results: a higher protein percentage per scoop, and a lighter mix that suits people who find ordinary whey heavy or bloating.
If neither of those applies to you, a concentrate does the same nutritional job for less money. We would rather say so.
