Rabeko Fit 2 Cal Cooking Spray 200ml

Rabeko Fit Cooking Spray is a 200ml spray oil that lays down a fine, even film of rapeseed oil so food doesn't stick to the pan, and carries a light seasoning while it does it. Rabeko state 2 kcal per serving on the can. Because you spray rather than pour, you decide how much oil actually goes in.

How to use

  • Shake well before use.
  • Hold the can upright, roughly 15-20cm from the surface, and spray briefly to coat the pan, tray or rack.
  • Suitable for frying, roasting, grilling, barbecuing and air frying, and for greasing baking tins and grill racks.

  • Pressurised container: may burst if heated. Do not pierce or burn, even after use.
  • Do not spray onto a naked flame, a hot pan or any incandescent material.
  • Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures above 50C. Keep out of reach of children.
