Osavi Vitamin D3 + K2 pairs 4000 IU (100µg) of vitamin D3 with 150µg of vitamin K2 in a single daily softgel. The D3 is Quali®-D and the K2 is K2VITAL® menaquinone-7, both dissolved in MCT oil from coconut rather than pressed into a dry tablet.

The two are combined deliberately. Vitamin D governs how much calcium the body absorbs, and vitamin K contributes to bone maintenance in its own right — which is why the pair is commonly taken together rather than separately.

This is the high-strength option in the range.
