What hydrolysed protein actually means
Hydrolysis breaks the protein into shorter chains before it reaches you — part of the digestive work is done in the factory rather than in your gut. In practice that means it clears the stomach faster and sits lighter than a standard whey concentrate.
Blending it with CFM isolate is a deliberate compromise. Pure hydrolysate is expensive and noticeably bitter; pure isolate is cheaper but slower. The blend gets most of the speed at a workable price and a drinkable flavour.
Who it suits
Two groups get real value from this over ordinary whey: people who train twice a day and need the second shake to settle quickly, and people who find standard whey heavy or bloating. If neither applies to you, a straightforward concentrate does the same nutritional job for less money — and we would rather tell you that.
Which size
The larger tub works out considerably cheaper per serving. If you have not had this one before, start with the smaller size — flavour is the thing people get wrong, and a big tub of something you do not enjoy is an expensive mistake you will be drinking for months.
