Himalaya LIV 52, 100 capsules. The standard-strength version of a herbal formulation Himalaya have made since 1955.
What is in it
A blend of botanicals used in Ayurvedic practice, including Capparis spinosa (caper bush), Cichorium intybus (chicory), Solanum nigrum, Terminalia arjuna, Achillea millefolium and Tamarix gallica.
Standard against DS
This is the standard strength. The DS version carries roughly double the botanical content in 60 tablets. Which you want depends on whether you prefer the lighter preparation or the concentrated one — both are the same formulation.
