Read this before you buy it

400mg of caffeine in a single 12.4g scoop is at the very top of what is sold in the UK. The European Food Safety Authority regards 200mg as a safe single dose for a healthy adult, and 400mg as a reasonable total across a whole day. One serving of this delivers a full day's caffeine in one go.

Start on half a scoop. Do not take it alongside coffee, energy drinks or any other stimulant product, and do not take it late in the day. This is not a beginner's pre-workout.

Why there is no benefits section on this page

We only publish health claims authorised on the GB register. Caffeine helps to increase alertness and helps to improve concentration — both are authorised, and at 400mg this comfortably exceeds the 75mg per serving they require.

Beta-alanine, citrulline, glucuronolactone and lion's mane carry no authorised claim in Great Britain, so we are not going to tell you what they do. The doses are printed above. Judge it on those.

Start with half a scoop to assess tolerance. At 400mg of caffeine, a full scoop is a full day's caffeine in one serving.

Once tolerance is established, add one levelled scoop (12.4g) to 200–300ml of water in a shaker and shake thoroughly. For accuracy, weigh the scoop rather than relying on it being level.

Take 15 to 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed one serving in 24 hours, and do not combine it with coffee, energy drinks or any other stimulant product.
