What isolate and hydrolysate means

Whey isolate is filtered to a higher protein content than standard concentrate, with most lactose and fat removed. Hydrolysate is whey that has been partially broken down before you drink it. R1 uses only these two, with no concentrate making up the volume.

Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass.

Mix approximately one scoop (32 g) with 175-235 ml of cold water, milk or your preferred beverage in a shaker or a glass with a spoon.
